Adult Ministry

Adoption Ministry
The purpose of this ministry is to provide a Christian perspective of adoption as well as spiritual and emotional support through a network of adoptive families. Our desire is to EDUCATE the church about the plight of the orphan and the biblical mandate in James 1:27 to care for the orphan; EQUIP families with the information and resources needed to make the decision to adopt and to help navigate through the adoption process; ENCOURAGE families through the testimonies of adoptive families at SGT and to provide much needed prayer and emotional support; and EVANGELIZE by impacting the world for Christ one child at a time. This ministry meets the first Tuesday of every month.
