Nathan and Karen Rasmussen
Missions Training Program
Ministers Training Program in East and Central Africa was established by Nathan and Karen Rasmussen in 1983. Their vision of establishing a Bible school in Tanzania has resulted in 9 schools in the countries of Burundi, Congo and Tanzania. Training is provided in both diploma and degree programs. Other areas of ministry include refugee work, film evangelism, an orphanage in Rwanda and church planting. Currently, the Rasmussens are setting up Missions Training Programs and Schools of Missions to educate and train the national believers to reach the unreached people groups in their country and beyond.

Walumona M. Luke
Walumona Luke recently completed a one-year masters program in missions at Bethany School of Missions in Singapore. Based in Kigoma, Tanzania he is currently assisting in the teaching and training of national believers to reach the unreached people groups in their country and beyond.

Ronald Mlongetcha
Rev. Ronald Mlongetcha had been instrumental in the growth of the Pentecostal Evangelistic Fellowship of Africa (PEFA) for many years, having introduced this work to SGT and to Rev. Nathan Rasmussen in 1979. Ronald served as the General Overseer of the PEFA churches of Tanzania for 7 years. Due to the effects of multiple strokes, Brother Ronald is in need of ongoing prayer.

Etienne Nahimana
Rev. Etienne Nahimana is the overseer of the work in Burundi. He heads up the leadership for the 300 FECABU churches in the country, as well as giving oversight to the Bible School in the capital, Bujumbura.

Steve and Janice Rasmussen
In August 2008 Steve and Janice Rasmussen and their four children relocated to Nairobi, Kenya where Steve has accepted a professorship teaching missions at the Nairobi Evangelical Graduate School of Theology (NEGST). This provides opportunity to have an even greater influence on the training of Africa's top leaders and missionaries. Steve and Jan will also continue to provide significant oversight for Lake Victoria Christian College in Mwanza, Tanzania and the many other dimensions of the expanding T.E.A.M. ministry, including the June launch of the East African School of Missions.
