Dan Hammer serves as the founding senior pastor of Sonrise Chapel, in Everett, WA. Previous to the 1986 church plant, Dan served Westgate Chapel for eight years, with Sonrise Chapel developing as a daughter church out of Westgate. Dan is a leader in strategic corporate prayer and renewal dynamics in the greater Everett area. Dan attended the University of Washington for nearly four years, and is a Seattle Bible College graduate with a B.Th. degree. He began teaching at the College in 1984, is a current member of the adjunct faculty, and is pursuing a graduate studies degree at Bakke Graduate University. Dan and his wife Terry are parents to three adult children.
